Spicy Roasted Salmon

From trim&TERRIFIC™ Diabetic Cooking A sweet, spicy rub perks up this salmon-it’s easy to make and simply delicious.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4 Servings/Serving Size: 4 ounces

 

2 teaspoons light brown sugar

4 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

4 (5-ounce) salmon filets

 

1. Preheat oven 400°F.

2. In small bowl, combine spices, rub over salmon. Place salmon in 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
